Why don't my boxes hold together when stacked?

1. To reinforce stability during assembly, place the fixed frame over the top ridges, and then cover it with the lid.

2. When stacking, remove the lid from the bottom storage bin while keeping the fixed frame on the ridges. Place the top bin over the frame and use the side latches to lock it into place.
